Scott knocked out a few kitchen cutlery pieces recently. See what you think. All were made out of O1.

Three General Kitchen Utility knives with 4-inch blades. The handles are as follows: African Blackwood at the top; Desert Ironwood in the middle; and maroon Micarta at the bottom.

A trio of 3.5-inch paring knives - Desert Ironwood at the top, black Micarta in the middle, and Cocobolo at the bottom.

Thanks for looking.

Thanks for the kind words.

We are down to just two out of the original seven.

All are 0.1 inches thick at the spine and were ground to .012 of an inch at 36 grit. Then all scratches were removed down to a 65 micron belt before gentlly convexing the edge.
