SOG Trident - used and modded - blade spine re-profiled to a 'Persian' or trailing point. Some scratches on blade. Assisted opening, fires fast with the reduced blade weight. Safety catch removed but will be included. Sharp. $40

Ontario RTAK - used/modded - blade gun blued and handle scales customized. Comes with professional kydex and factory nylon sheaths. $125

I have seen it described in reviews as forged but I don't know. I know it is not differentially heat treated as a more expensive Jap sword would be. Google 'Paul Chen Zatoichi sword and check out some reviews.
