A few Leather Sheaths

Here's a few leather leather sheaths I've made recently. Most have been carried a bit, so they may show a little wear. When I was a kid I used to love doing leatherwork, but I got away from it in my late teens. When I really started getting into making knives, kydex captured my attention, because it was new. Customers wanting leather over kydex pushed me to take up the leatherwork again. I'm glad they did. Its alot of fun.
Thanks,
Scott

Thanks guys,

Great looking sheaths lets see that chopper

If I get a chance in the next day or two, I'll post one. Its a huge knife my Grandfather brought back from WW2. As a kid- and I mean like 8 yrs old, I found it in his garage and claimed it! I used to tuck it in my belt, and run all around the woods and sand bank behind their house with it playing Army. Different times then!

It was severely abused. I used to chuck it at trees, dirt, stumps, you name it. The grips were taped on with electrical tape, and it had been sharpened many, many times on a bench grinder. What can I say, I didn't know any better then.

A few months ago I was slowly recovering from a broken foot. I was doing a little cleaning house in my shop, and came across that rusty old knife. I decided to finally give it a face lift, and elevate it to its due status. I stripped it, reground the entire blade, and installed new grips. I figured this sheath was just what it needed.
