it just depends on what you like. My favorites are the brown Old Timer knives, but the prices have risen dramatically so they may not be the best choice if you're on a budget. Here's my OldTimers so far:

I also have multiples of some of the above dut to variations.
Plus the following Primble-Belknap OldTimers:
935
933

So maybe 40 or more all together. It's just what I'm interested in.

Of the OldTimes, the 61OT is my personal favorite. They are few and far between, but the size and shape would be perfect for a knife to carry and actually use.

I've also accumulated nearly a complete collection of Tradesman products that were made in Ireland at the Imperial factory. I don't think many other collectors are interested in those, so it might be a new direction to branch out into. The Imperial camp knives (SAK-like) are nice too, and were on closeout for $2. There was also an imperial celluloid peanut on closeout for $1.39 - it's much nicer than I expected.

Have you seen the Schrade Lake & Walker knife? Very interesting collaboration made at the end of Schrade's business. There were two grades, one much higher priced than the other, but very little difference in the actual products. The low-end model was on closeout for $14, as I recall.

Best Wishes,
Bob
