I was whining in my post the other day about how much I hated my new BK2 factory sheath, but thanks to you on this forum.....I was able to correct the problem and now the love for my sheath is alive and well.

I have not had a chance for any hard use on my new 2 yet as I just received it, but tonight It assisted me in preparing a weeks worth of chicken, potato carrot, celery and onion stew.

I've only had a day to mess with it, but here is the first of many mods to come.....

That TecLock looks good on there. Does it want to lean down on the handle side or is it sort of balanced?

It had a tad bit of handle lean until I switched the tek-lok to the last two hole mounts possible nearest the knife handle. That helped adjust for the sheath/weight difference enough to where it feels pretty well balanced. I wore it horizontal mounted for a few hours last night. At first, when the tek-lok, was mounted at the halfway point on the sheath........it was noticeably handle heavy. When I shifted the tek-lok closest to the knife handle, it balanced out very well.

That's good you got it to balance. BK-2 is a heavy beast and sometimes has a mind of it's own. You could always try and add a second tek-lok?
