A few new folders

Very nice. I really like the wharnie(2nd pic of the first set.) Im probably a bit bias though, I simply love a good looking wharncliffe.
 
Hi Chuck.I saw that black pearl auto at the Chicago show,and all I can say is...stunning.I still believe it was the best pearl at the show,and there was quite a bit of pearl to see.Your work is very impressive,and it was again a pleasure to have talked with you at the show.Whoever picked up that auto is sure to be happy with their decision.
 
If I may be allowed to thump my chest a little, the middle knife in the first post (D2 blade & maple burl scales) is currently in transit from Chuck to me. :D

I'd seen Chuck's knives at an NCCA show in July and after that I checked them out some more at his webiste, along with some other dealer sites that carry his work. One site had sold a slim, sleek titanium framelock folder of his and I loved the look of it. I contacted Chuck to see if he might build me one of similar design with hardwood handles. He said he could, we went on from there and the knife you see above is the end result.

I would, and will, recommed Chuck to anyone looking for a custom folder. As soon as I have my knife (should be Monday or Tuesday) I'll work to get some more pictures up for you guys to see.
