. . . reminds me of my first Led Zep concert and the anticipation & anxiety having to camp out in line for 2 days for tickets . . . .
But at least on the forum it's above 24* and no concrete sidewalks to sleep on . . . .
And knowing Chris & what he is capable of coming up with, just to be on the safe side, I think I will take another B/P pill just in case . . .
Be safe.

OK, I have waited long enough . . . I gave all you guys first dibs on this one . . . I know I do not need another knife right now . . . And I waited . . . And I waited some more . . . And waited . . . But no one would come to my rescue, not even the G-man, & he would have been riding out of the sunset, just like the Duke . . . No one else would pony up and buy this beauty . . . So perfect . . . So many uses . . . So that's it . . . I can not stand it anymore . . . And god help me, IF there is that much help in the whole wide world, when Sally T finds out I have another knife coming north from Tenn. . . . . . . . .
CHRIS, I WILL TAKE THIS ONE & THE UNIVERSAL SHEATH . . . . (and room and board for a couple of days if you have it available . . . ;) )..
Daym, what did I just do . . . I'll wait on the sheath until it get's in buddy.
"Thanks" for a great knife . . . . :)
Be safe.
p.s.: for all people west of the Cincinnati area, that smoke & dust cloud hanging over the area is NOT the wildfires moving eastward . . . that would be Sally T . . . . :D

Funny, I just sent you a pm Bill! Thanks, I think Sally T will like it ;)

Chris, I tried to send you a P/M, it said you are at your limit and will not let me send it. Can you clear out some "stuff" & I will send it
Thanks.
Be safe.

Don't worry to much Bill. Sally will simmer down when she see's that Red Mallee burl handle. :D

Where you been bro' ??? . . . .
I thought you and the G-man would have smelled that burl burning when Chris was shaping the handles on it. Yeah, let's hope Sally T does like that burl but seeing it could be the problem . . . right before she throws or shoots at something, her eye's get real, real "squinty" . . . not a whole lot of light passing into those retina's at those moment in time . . . . :D :D
Be safe.
p.s.: you can p/m your partner in crime, "The Gnarly One", and let him know it's safe to come out now, the Red Mallee is northbound to Ohio . . . . :)

You will love that knife J1M! I saw it last night and had a hard time not taking it out back!

Tackett, buddy, you could have saved me a whole lot of grief when that knife gets here . . . . I bet Chris would have worked out a payment plan for ya' if you liked it that much . . . . :D
I had to read your post twice to understand what you were talking about, then I looked at your address and realized you & KFU must be neighbors . . . and then it really hit me . . . . You and the Moosez & Uncle E must be really close to each other . . . .
Tell Jason Sally T & I said hello when you see him, good guy and Uncle E used to be a "neighbor" of ours when we was in Newtown here a "few" years ago . . .
Be safe.

These look beautiful! I'd be all over one but I'm already waiting for 6 other knives to arrive so I'd better hold off.

Did you soak the blades in acid or how did you get the aged look?

And are those G10 liners?

Thank you,
Hans

Folks, guess what young knife maker just nailed his 3,000th post ???
Congrat's Chris, now keep going and make more knives for us to look at . . . . :)
Be safe.
