I recently purchased a used Svord Peasant knife and a used Buck 119.
$42.00 shipped for both.
The buck I will put into the GO Pack.
But, I couldn't leave the Svord alone. You-gly in my opinion.
So, I put on some new Yellow Silkies (some coarse yellow G-10 left over from a bad Chinook cut), added a stainless stop pin (hidden), an aluminum spacer to keep the width good from blade to butt, and put on a set of Teflon pivot bushings.
And this is what I have, now.
A razor sharp Banana knife on the cheap. About $12.00 + a couple hours labor.
