Thanks.

HAMMERHEAD:
1. Yes.
2. That is OD green Armory Coat from Springfield Armory. It is available as a standard finish on their loaded 1911-A1's.

Nice, been contemplating that finish for Colt Series 70 of mine, I like it. You would not consider a bribe offer to part with the Grips?:D

You might want to check out Springfields Custom shop. I'm not sure if they work on all makes but if they do the finish is awesome. Not really looking to part with the MD grips, they just look and feel to good on this gun :)

Nice collection Mo! :)

I have heard good things about Springfield's "loaded" 1911's. They sure look nice!!!

MOLEXEY, Did your loaded come green or was it done after the fact. I have an old champion I was going to send them to have a ramped barrel upgrade. Chris

HAMMERHEAD: Yea, I know where Marshall is. I'm over in or close to Bryan if you know where that is.

Chris: It came like that from the factory.

Thanks for the comments :)

Don't have any 1911's...yet. My want list is WAY bigger than my wallet. My .45/Strider combo.

Oni, cool pic! The USP's are great guns, especially when they are chambered for the right caliber.

My want list will always exceed my wallets capacity.

I carry a Springfield Champion as my off duty carry. Great 1911. I'm saving for my Strider:D
