a few questions

Have a few questions and thought I would ask the experts.

On orders already placed,
can I change my selection or do I cancel and place a new one?
More paper work for them I realize but is it a 'ok' thing to do?

I have an order in for a FBM, Tan finish with Magnum Tan handles,
and I'm thinking of just changing to a black finish with Magnum Black handles.
It's going to be a user so black will do.

(Still wish I could get a Muddy Mistress):grumpy:

I like the looks of the black G10 handles better than the Micarta ones.
They cost more tho', are they just more expensive to make or are they "better"?
Any opinions on G10 -v- Micarta?

On the Limited Edition,
are they made at the same time or after the CG ones?
Do they start off as the same blanks as the CG, but are finished by hand,
where-as the CG go to the CNC machine?
Who makes them, one person or the whole crew?


Other questions pending, I could email or call the Company,
just don't want to interfere with their production.;)

Just give Amy or Kendra a call at the shop... they will take care of ya. I've changed my mind more than once;)
 
Keep that one in yer "cart." Order the new one. I'll give you 80% of retail for the one you don't want. Because I'm such a generous guy. ;)
 
Take Raden's advice and call the shop (during regular business hours) although you may not want to call on Monday as it sounds like the Extravaganza emails are going out and they will be very busy ;) 419 923 6471 If you call other than regular business hours you're likely to get the janitor and he is always drunk and he'll also end up selling you on 3 or 4 FBM's ;)

As far as the G10 vs Micarta goes, I'd go with whichever you like the most. They are both fine handle materials and you'd have to try pretty hard to damage either. I really like the new G10 handles they've been doing so I would favor that even if it costs a bit more (in the long run it will probably be more rare and more valuable)
