I haven't posted anything in a while so here are a few that I have recently finished . The first is a 1084/15n20 damascus version of my heritage drop point. 2nd is one of my modified 3 finger hunters in D2 with 416 stainless guard and beadblasted green canvas micarta scales with red liners.
The third is one of my slimline hunters in 1095/L6 random damascus with 416 stainless fittings and white bone scales with black liners.
And the last is one of my folding hunters with an O1/L6 ladder damascus blade , beadblasted green canvas micarta scales , and blue anodized titanium liners and thumbstuds.
Thanks for looking. Paul

Looking good.
Not crazy about #2s blade shape.
Number 3 is outstanding in my opinion.

Very clean work.......

Very nice knives. The bone handled one is my favourite. The folder is nice as well.

Kind regards,

Jos

I like the bone handled slimline hunter best, and the tooling on the sheaths look good too.

Very nice work Paul. The leather work is equally as good:thumbup:

Nice work across the board Paul - your damascus is looking great.

Between the damascus the figure in the burl there's almost a psychedelic prismatic effect to that first one, man... trippy!

Thanks for the comments folks , It is always good to find out what works and what doesn't . Much appreciated. Paul

Sweet knives:thumbup:, I've always wondered when a damascus blade is forged does the way it was worked ever affect toughness ?

Or is the steel totally homogeneous no matter the method/end pattern ?
