Here are a few testing pics I was asked about a couple of weeks ago. I think the thread in reference was on the home forum but I thought I'd share them here also.

These are pics of the D2 Safari Skinner when it first came out and the testing we did on it. Mostly hammering, pounding into a vise and general extreme abuse.
Also a pic of the D2 Bog Dog in a vice.

Good to know it help up so well! I can never keep track of what steels excel at what. I'm glad the D2 holds up as well as the newer SR101 (or SR77) steels. I feel better knowing I have one of these tucked away!
