Thanks guys, the Camera is a Canon 40D and I think the lenses were the Canon 100mm 2.8IS L Macro and the Canon 400mm 5.6L

Agreed. The Caterpillars are supposed to be out in March/April and again in Oct/November. I found this one in November.
 
Wow. I have camera envy. Smart phones have really lowered the bar for photo quality. The next time someone says "why do you need a camera when you can take pics with your phone?" I'm going to pull these up. :D
