First up, for Hark. Here is the bowie I was talking about. No, it's not a 14" fighter. It is cool, none the less. It is part of a new line up of small neck knives I am calling Lancets. The bowie is 4.5" over all, balde is 2.25". Pinned G-10 scales.

I have a couple more pics of other Lancets. I will post them as soon as I find them.

The Hawkbill was not an easy grind. It did turn out pretty cool.

I call the last one "Subtle Wharning" this and the bowie are my favorites. Once I settle on the designs I like the most I will work up some cool textures for the handles. I might have to see if Darrel has any thoughts. He does seem to have a way with that.

Nice, that mini-Bowie is really cool! I've got a fondness for hawkbills also. How comfortable is the handle in reverse grip?

Those are some handy-looking knives! I especially like the wharnie.

Great to finally see that bowie. We talked about it during Blade 2011, back when it was just a concept and all Dirk had was a drawing that I wanted to see, but never did. That bowie looks like it's zero ground. Is there a secondary bevel?

BTW, the next contest prize will be from Dirk. I have a prototype picture of it, but will let Dirk post it when he's ready. It will be damascus.

The handle is comfortable and fairly solid in reverse grip. Since it is a small handle, a lanyard of some type would be almost mandatory for reverse grip applications.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. These are great little knives that give you a lot in a small package. Oh, the bowie is very close to a zero grind but, not quite. The reason in looks like there is no secondary edge bevel is because, there isn't. I haven't sharpened it, yet.

cziv- all 3, I'm sure you can be accomodated! :)

Picture for the new contest will be coming soon!

DOH! Darrel stole my thunder. I will have to get my WarHead Pics up.

Thanks again guys! Based on the feedback, the bowie and the wharncliffe will be the first ones to see the line up. If you guys like these enough, we might be able to come up with something along these lines for HTM. Will have to see.

Whats up Dirk I am just down the hill from you. I am expecting some of your blades under the Christmas Tree this year. I cannot wait.

Cyruss, what is going on down there Charlotte? Things are nice and quiet here in Wilson. What blades did you find under the tree?
