A few weekend hunting pics

How'd you get them to hold so still for your pictures? ;)

Nice hunting! What did you get the squirrel with?
 
I used chloroform to keep them still for the pics. The hard part was catching them in the first place lol. Both with a 12ga mossberg 500. I like squirrel hunting with a. 22 this time of year but the closest public land by me only allows shotguns.
 
Great way to spend some time, the pheasant has me jealous we don’t have many around here.
 
Yeah we don't have many either. That was actually my first one. Ohio dnr releases them each year in select locations so there are small populations here and there.
