A FF folder?

Okay, I'm almost laughing at my own question, BUT...

I've seen very few folding bushcraft knives. There's one by Enzo that I like a lot though, and it looks like it might work pretty well.

I know it'll never happen, but if it did, what would you want in a FF folder?

I could see something like an ED Karda folder, laminated scales with a liner lock and o1 steel.

Some concessions, obviously, would have to be made to make a folder, but man, it might be cool!

Actually Andy posted a comment a couple of months back that made it sound as if folders could possibly be coming in the future. I am hoping this will happen at some point.

dan koster offers a nice one as well

Woah, that does look nice. Not too bad a price either. I like that there are many options. Only thing that would top it would be a FF with the scales and bullseye. I haven't owned knives from either maker yet.
Soon though.

Case- if Andy ever does make one I could see keeping them in stock being a problem. :)

If he got a license from Spyderco to use the hole instead of a thumb stud I might want one badly:D

I bought Frank Centofante's old surface grinder. It was manufactured in 1917 best I can find. But its a good working one. And the whole thing is cast iron. Heavy stuff. I think it'll do what I want.

It will allow me to start thinking about knives that pivot closed.

It has almost been a year!!! :) Maybe we will see something soon!

Anybody want to make friendly wagers on which comes first... Dylan doing a tactical folder or, Andy doing a bushcraft folder? :)

I wouldn't mind a slip joint Bushboot at all :)

I'm a little scared to carve with a slip. Still working on technique so, for the time being I like a lock of some sort. Most of my carving is small projects so that might be it. Haven't done a lot of bushcrafty stuff, but soon. :)
