steel- ATS-34, Rc 59 moved to for sale forum
O.A.L. 10 1/4" with blade at 5 1/2 " . 3/16 full tang with blade flat ground down to 3/64"
finish- hand satined to 400 grit
Handle-is orange balistic nylon cord warped over 3/16th neoprene for comfort and then sealed , incorporating a ring for hanging .
Fittings- are maroon linen micarta with S.S. pins . Front is a combination bolster/sub-hilt .
Sheath- is handmade and treated with a beeswax/pine tar waterproof conditioner .

That is beautiful! Great design. With salmon/steelhead season opening up I can see a real market for that here in the great northwest.

The customer ( I hope ) requested a non-slip handle and I could not bring myself to do the standard black rubber or molded plastic . So I came up with the thought of the wrap over neoprene .

I have not received nay or yea from my customer yet . Waiting to hear if it fits their needs . May end up available .
