A French Curiosity!?

Measuring 7 inches closed and marked "MADE IN FRANCE" and "ABERCROMBIE & FITCH Co", this bartender's knife has lots of extras.








I think that's a nutcracker, but why the notch in the end near the hinge and the slit at the other end? And why the two notches on the side of the screwdriver? And an awl and a screwdriver on a bartender's knife? Really? Anybody seen one like this before? T-A

CORRECTION: It's not a screwdriver; it's sharp like a chisel or a scraper. Still a mystery. T-A
