Hello everybody.
I have had for several years, a A.G. Russel Sting 1977 Boot Knife, with the original leather sheath, never sharpened, and never used. It was a gift and has sat in boxes and drawers since receiving it. It was a great gift but my knife needs have turned into keeping only functional knives, not pretty collectors knives.
I am looking for as much information as I can on this knife before throwing it up for sale or trade. I have been told that the spelling of "Russell" with the two L's means that it is not an actual original one from 1977, but was made in later years. I'm looking for the right info so I don't screw myself, or someone else by passing off an imitation blade.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank You
Craig Walker
