This thing is freakin crazy..!!! I like to collect different types of knives. Does anybody out their own one of these and if so how is it.....

I really like it. Outstanding fit and finish. Sharp. Somewhat heavy, but I purchased the sheath, carries nice on belt.

I kind of like the yellow version...? The look of the fit and finish is what drew me to the knife...It does look like a well built and clean knife...Im thinking i might want one of these

I have the Rucarta handled version. Very sharp, solid lockup (with a loud and satisfying CLACK!!!), quality look and feel. Heavy as all get out, but I too have the leather belt sheath, so no big. Mine is not perfectly centered when closed, but it's close enough to suit me (I only mention it for honesty's sake). It also cuts extremely well for a blade that's just a hair shy of .25" thick, due to it's excellent FFG geometry. You won't regret it, should you decide to go purchase one.

Shit...I do want one..I just bought a knife, I have to try and wait...Thats easier said then done

There's also the A.G. Russell 2013 Texas Ranger with a 3.75" drop point blade that's 0.19" thick and weighs 10.5 ounces. By comparison, the A. G. Russell Sunfish has a 3.3" spear point blade that's 0.233" thick and weighs 10 ounces.

Both are lockbacks with 8Cr13MoV blade steel (57-59 RC).

It weighs 10oz...is that a knife in your pocket or...?

Despite being a folder, it's definitely not a pocket knife. :D A belt sheath of some sort is really mandatory. I ordered the leather one made for it from A.G. at the same time as the knife. It's beautifully made and a steal at $20.

I have the GEC Sunfish (#36 as I recall). Its a big knife. There are also the elephant toe knives that are larger. AG Russell's stuff is generally good even though most of his blades are imported. The GEC is a bit heavy for my pocket although it fits. It certainly is not a one-hand opener.
