Wow, that is a gorgeous knife. Thanks for sharing the pic. I assumed, perhaps mistakenly, that he was asking about current production knives.I understand that. But AG Russell has been selling his Texas Ranger line of knives long before 2012. Here's one made in the good ol' US of A.

Yep. Says so right on the web site. http://www.agrussell.com/ag-russell-2013-texas-ranger/p/RUS-CTR8ER/
"Made in China."
A.G. makes good knives, no matter who he has make them for him.
I've had mixed results... I had a Yellow Delrin Rancher that had decent fit & finish, and I have Medium Gunstock that is complete garbage. Both made in China.
Did you try returning the junker?
Funny I never asked for a replacement of my bird and trout sheath. My own fault, I guess.
A. G.'s name is on these knives.
i cant vouch for the texas ranger but, I have 2 ag Russell rancher knives ..both made over seas....if ur a knife snob get over it....the rancher is awesome..best edc a man can have...in my opinion there isn't another 24.95 knife out there that comapares....ive had 70 dollar knives that didn't compare..
Maybe he is not a knife snob. Maybe he is a patriot. The whole idea of having a knife to honor the Texas Rangers made in China is absurd.
