I've used many paring knives over the years and was never really satisfied with how they felt in my hand and how they performed---until now. A. G. Russell's paring knife with AUS-8 High Carbon SS, fits the bill. The knife has a 3/4" wide, 2 1/2" long blade and a 3 3/4" handle. The blade's unique up swept belly combined with the drop point, works beautifully. The handle feels great in my hand. You'll love it. At $13., you cant go wrong. Get one!

I thought it was 20 dollars?
Are we talking about the Woodswalker? (similar profile, but lighter weight).

seno---This is the classic kitchen paring knife for prepping food. It's not the WoodsWalker. Item # AGKT-25F/8A @ $13. Don't people use paring knives anymore! Your wife will love this one too. Page 36, in the recent AG Russell catalog.

Ah, I found it (pakkawood).
Very nice - will definitely snag a few - too bad the larger one is sold out currently.

SenoBDEC---FWIW---Make sure you get the wide blade paring knife. The up-sweep on the belly makes all the difference when using this little knife! Tell me if you like it. Thanks.

Neeman---yes, it should be on the A.G. Russell web-page. Here's the #AGKT-25F/8A- @ $12.95. Thanks!
