Shown in Quickdraw Kydex Sheaths.

These actually hold the knife quite tight....yet are easy to draw.

This is the only style kydex sheath I feel comfortable making for the Nessmuk style knife (no guard to "lock" with).

Those sheaths are really cool!

Did it take a lot of trial and error to work that design out?

These are all headed out - a large order going to South Africa, eventually...

Yes, the sheaths took some trial-n-error before I got it right. In fact, these are the best I've done to date. I'm sure there's more to learn....but for now I feel pretty confident in their design and they work great.

What type of warranty do you have on these and the Monster Nessie?

Thanks.

100% satisfaction guarantee. The only thing I won't cover is obvious abuse. I will gladly refinish, resharpen, repair, etc. anything that is my fault...and even if it's your fault, I'll fix it for cheap.

$35 for a simple quickdraw (as shown above)...up to $55 for larger knives.

Congrats on the new baby.

For clarification on abuse, torquing it up in a hydraulic press would be abuse, batoning would not be abuse, correct?

I will be looking into these more at Blade to make sure they fit my hands.

Thanks.

This knife is engineered to accept batoning, so the above would be correct. But not all my knives can be batoned...make sense? (kitchen knives, etc.)

Also, depends on what you use to baton it....;)

But I think most folks know when they are abusing a knife....pushing it beyond its capabilities.
