A Ganza Poem

[Tom Kanik]

T'was the night of the Ganza, first of the year,
The Hogs were all drinking their whisky and beer.

Some Hogs want shop credits, while others want steel,
Whatever they win is one heck of a deal!

You have to be fast, can't win if you're slow,
The Hogs will be squealing when Jerry says "GO"!

Don't be fooled by all the fake Jerrys,
Look for the name as red as some berries.

To all the contestants, good luck and good cheer,
What a great way to start a New Year!!!

Just remember that when all is said and done,
T'was a wonderful gesture, so have lots of fun.

And to his great crew, they're ALL really corkers!!

Someone posted a picture of knives with tomatoes a day or two ago, and everyone was wondering.... "why tomatoes?"

Now we know... so we could throw them at Tom if he tries to write any more poetry
