A Gentleman's Bowie

Even though this Bowie has a modern Damascus blade, the ball tipped guard w/ recessed escutcheons & clam shell pommel give it the look & feel of a nineteenth century piece. Dimensions: 9 1/2" & 14 1/2".

The blade is a 240 layer random pattern of 1084 & 15N20. The handle is blackwood w/416 fittings.

As the others said, it's definitely a nice knife... but the damascus looks out of place. (IMHO, of course.)
