I gave it last sunday.
She was very surprised and very happy with it.
Made it well worth the effort :)
 
You made the vise? Or you simply painted it? Either way good job just if you actually made it even better
 
I painted it. I took it apart, cleaned everything, took off all the sharp edges, painted the parts that don't move and greased the moving bits.
It was a quality used vice I bought and made it lady like and good to go.
"Whow that is ****** brilliant!" she said
 
If I gave my wife a vise my keys wouldn't work in the door the next day.
 
Haha my wife would love it if it wasn't pink. I met my wife while she was in school for welding lol
