Can you believe the title?
Well I wouldn't either.
But I found one so I'm gonna write a mini review and maybe you will be as lucky as I.

First, I am not affiliated with ANYBODY! I just bought this off the shelf, and I love it!.

Now the Basics:
It's a RONSON "Jet Light", Roughly the same size (and style) as a standard Zippo. It is 2 1/2" tall, 1 3/8" wide, and 7/16" thick. Weighs 2.2oz (give or take a smidge)

Now I have found that these windproof lighters (especially the cheaper ones) usually suck. I keep trying hoping to find a decent one.

I was at Wal-Mart, in the checkout line, and saw it hanging there. $2.47. There were two different colors, a dark "bronze" metallic and a lighter silver metallic. I chose the darker one.

I have now had this for 2 months. The fact it still works amazes me. I figured it would be in the trash by now!
I am a smoker, so it gets used 20+ times a day. The first fill (the one that came with it) lasted 17 days. The second fill lasted 22! It hasn't run out yet for a third fill.
I live in Ohio, so temperature is a factor. After I filled it, I put it in the freezer for an hour, (cold usually kills these lighters). I pulled it out. Click. Lit.

So I just want to pass this along.
The Pros are simple. It Still Works, and it works when it's cold.
Cons, Its a little heavy.
the finish is starting to wear a little.
The button requires a fair amount of force to activate.

All In All: I would never rely on any type of lighter as an end all in a survival situation. This lighter works very well, and I have even began to trust it.

Maybe I got real lucky and just got a "good" one, but for $2.47 I'll take it!

Thanks for the review. I've been looking for a good inexpensive lighter. With today's technology you'd think it would be very easy to find. It isn't. Thanks again.

i just found these at walmart today. i'm so impressed with the quality for the price, i just had to bump this. they could've easily charged 3x as much as they're asking for. in fact, when i saw them, the price tag wasn't up...so i had the them check the price and i thought it was a mistake, so i bought several. no regrets for under $3 apiece.

edited to add: this 3 dollar lighter inspires more confidence upon lighting than my recently acquired $50 brunton helios. (i've been on a BOB kick, and been getting all sorts of lighters)

also: to the OP, any issues after 7 months of use?
