A good EDC folder that sits low in the pocket?

Does anyone know of any small folders (blade size of about 2-3") that have a small pocket clip (still strong) that sits on the very end of the handle? What I mean is so that it can be clipped to my pocket, with little to no handle poking out of my pocket and low-visibility on the clip. So I can carry it without anyone seeing it.

Dont really care about blade or handle materials, as long as it can keep an edge. I would like a cheap-ish knife, although I could probably save up if I needed too.

All recommendations will be taken, thanks!

Spyderco Urban

I would go with a Spyderco. Their wire clips are awesome. Also they are higher quality and materials

Buck Vantage, you can get it in two different sizes, and the small one should suit your criteria very well..
<Got one of those myself and I`m very happy with the edge on it, holds up well and easy to sharpen when the need is there...

Yes, the Buck Vantage Pro w/ S30V and G-10 handle scales =

If you can find one (usually can be found on Ebay) Browning Ice Storms made by Mcusta are around $35-40. Nice lowride clip and sharp VG-10 steel.

Most of the spyderco wire clips sit really low, but as said before, the buck vantage seems to fit you criteria:D

I go with my Spyderco Caly 3 for a discreet carry option. The bronze colored wire clip blends in well with just about everything. Let's not forget the knife it's attached to is no slouch either.

Get the ZDP-189 Caly 3!
You will not be disappointed, it is the best little knife ever!:D:eek::thumbup::cool:
I've EDC'd mine nearly every day since I got it three years ago. It is by far my most used knife.

I would have to say Caly 3. It sits very low and the clip is a brownish color which tends to blend well. Plus its wire so again its very "under the radar"

Thanks guys! Spyderco knives for now are a little bit too expensive (Australian prices suck!). But I will look into the SOG's and Buck vantage.

Go with the Buck. The QC on SOG folders is 'spotty', or so I have read.

Most all the SOG folders sit very low in the pocket. I have had a trident and flash 2 and they sat low, way too low in the pocket for my liking though.

As soon as I can find a buck, it will be mine :)
Having a little trouble finding one in Australia, but I won't give up yet.

Hey Lachy, can I ask whats your budget, becuase if you could save some money, you can get a spyderco G10 dragonfly for about 120 australian bucks including postage and it comes with VG10 and a wire clip. Thats what I'm getting, and I had pretty similar criteria to you, however I cared about the materials more. You might not have the spare 120 to buy it, but I've read so many good things about the little d'fly, and the wire clip is meant to ride really low, and would be less eye catching then opposed to a "full' clip. Unless you wear it in your shirt pocket, might look like a pen :D

or try urban conquest and ask Ron if he can get the knife your looking for, he can get a lot of things.

but the $120 might be too steep for you atm
