CRK Sebenza, if hollow grind is a must. If you're open to flat or sabre grinds (which I personally prefer), try out a Protech Integrity or a Microtech Socom Elite. Out of these three knives, the Sebenza is the better made one, but I use the Protech a lot more. It just suits me better.
I have only two knives with S35VN. A Chris Reeve Ti-Lock and a Microtech Whale Shark. They both have a hollow grind. I'm not sure what you consider to be thin, but they are both good cutters.
The Socom Elite and the Select Fire from Microtech both have really thin edges, but in a flat grind. I believe JDavis tested the Socom in S35VN and said it was the best S35VN he had tested and faired better than a few others knives in higher grade steels. But they are flat ground which isn't what you asked about.
