A good stout blade with some nit-picky requirements

I'm looking for yet another blade but with time I have developed certain tastes, yet can't find to find a good blade but can't seem to find one that fits all my qualifications. Now here is the run down of what I want:

4-5" blade, would prefer 4.5" at a minimum but would dip below if need be

Not hollow or convex ground. Either Scandinavian, Sabre, or FFG

Wider blade, No exact measurement here but I like a fairly wide (not cleaver wide, but stocky) blade

Chunky handles, I like something wide enough to get a solid grip on

Swept belly, with some sort of strait portion. I'd like a blade with some sort of belly, but not all belly like a trailing point

Fairly fine tip I like something more precise then a kephart but not a dagger tip

No choil. Nuff said

A fairly small space between the edge and my hand, I prefer an edge that starts fairly close to my hand for more control so small/no guard and as small a ricasso possible

And the most nit-picky of all; Steel choice. I am an admitted steel snob and I prefer carbon steels, something high quality. There are several stainless options that would be suitable as well. NONE of the following: 420, 440X 1075, Xcr13mov, AUS-8, ect.

Also, a good sheath from the factory would be extremely preferable.

Now, the kicker: I'd really like to keep this under $150 and less is more for price (tight budget)

Well, Whattya got?

I had a pair of Battlehorse Renegade's made with extra liners to fill out the handles. They come very close to what you are specifying.......

I realize It's a tall order but the Renegade is just a little dainty

Have you actually handled a Renegade? I would use a bunch of words to describe them, but "dainty" sure is not one of them....(I'm not trying to be argumentative here. I had thought that they were smaller than they are myself based upon the specs given on the BHK site. However, when I got my hands on one, it was beefier than I had anticipated. It'll handle most anything that my Bravo I's can do....I see 'em more like a shorter version of the Scout Platoon.)

I'm familiar with the type however I'm pretty set in my ways in terms of blade length. Thank you for the suggestion

I like it but finding it seems to be a challenge

Sounds like an Esee 5 would fit the bill: big handle, sabre grind, no choil. Not sure how you feel about 1095, but it's a solid knife and definitely fits your price range.

Oh I love my ESEE 5, but the thing is a brick. I do a lot of food work and the ESEE 5 can't do that at all

Mmmm maybe check out the Southern Grind Jackal. A little over budget at 219.99, but you can currently get 15% off (Coupon Code: GRIND15)at USA Made Blade w/ free shipping, which brings it a little in more in line with the GE Chen Duty.

That one does look nice... I may have to stretch my budget. I'll keep it as an option

Might check out the Ritter RSK Mk2 or Mk3 fixed. Mk3 looks a bit closer to what you have asked for I think, does have a small sharpening notch tho.
