Ever had a good week where you carry a good EDC rotation of traditional pocket knives and everything is just "right" ?

The blades are all sharp. The joints oiled. Everything feels great in pocket?

My rotation this week consisted of :
A Tidioute "Sunfish" in Carved Pumpkin Bone;
Buck 307 Stockman;
Tidioute Mink in Looking Glass Abalone Acrylic;
Case Moose in black G10;

And a Northwoods Gunstock in Tortoiseshell Acrylic.

I had a chance to use all of these this week. And everything was Aces.

Anybody else have a good EDC Week?

Yes. I had today very good week.

I carried:
GEC #12 Jigged Bloodred Bone Toothpick
Queen Dan Burke small Barlow
Case Sway Back Jack Chestnut brown
German Eye Canoe giften by Duncan via giveaway.

Actually there was a lot going on in my pockets this week :D

The companions included my beloved Schrade Walden 881, a very early Uncle Henry trapper (1095 blades :D) , a Schrade Walden 293 trapper, and the Remington baby bullet knife that I just received...

Carried a Vic Rambler and Case soddie jr. and they handled all my needs. Even made a tomahawk and bow for my boy's Halloween costume.

This week I had:
Old Cutler barlow in stag
Dan Burke small barlow
Marble's (Gladstone, Mich.) Easy Open jack in brown jigged bone
Case Swayback Jack
vintage Remington Easy Open jack (radio knife)

All was right in the world, or at least in my front left pocket.

This weeks line-up included:
GEC #25
Victorinox Alox Soldier
Case Seahorse Whittler
Case Mini Trapper
Case Copperhead

This week I used my Case Wharncliffe Mini-trapper, my Rough Rider copperhead, my new to me Case mini copperlock, the new to me GEC whittler, and the blue SAK Spartan that Jani sent me. Yes a good week for me too. - Ed

Just looking at that list, I see that I used knives that fellow forum members gifted, traded or I won in a give away except for the Rough Rider that I bought on my on. It's good to have such great friends and forum mates.

I am almost embarrassed :o to say this, in light of the top brands already mentioned, but I had a very good week rotating two different Steel Warrior knives. They are a Cigar Whittler, and a stockman pattern called the Wrangler.

Pretty good week here. I've been using a buck 301 for most things. Yesterday I picked up an opinel #8 in carbon to play around with. I put a convex edge on it. First time I did it from scratch. It came out pretty good. It could use some more shaping but still slices good. Now I got to break in the locking ring. Overall not a bad week.

Mon. CASE Medium Stockman Bonestag cv
Tues CASE Pen-Knife ss
Wed Tidioute 73
Thur Queen CCC Teardrop
Fri Tidioute 73
Sat CASE Slimline Trapper G-10
Today Böker Whittler Green washboard

A SAK Farmer is always in my work-bag too.

My week included my custom orange soddie from Seals and my timber wolf candy strip barlow. They both are razor sharp and did everything I ask of them. Good knives.
