Hi,I and a friend of mine had a dispute about if all Strider Knives are now flat grinding or not.I said that all Strider Knives are now flat grinding by default. But he said only SEAL2000 and SEAL2001 are now flat grinding. We can't get the concurrent conclusion. So,I have to looking for your help here. Can you tell me if all your knives are now flat grinding or not by default?Especially Strider EBT.Thank you very much.
Sorry for my poor English.

Most Strider knives are flat ground.
But not all are full bevel ground. The EB's and folders are always full bevel ground.

Tianmo,

I am no expert on the EB series knives, but I do know that Strider no longer produces them with the grind like yours. They are all now full bevel ground.

I can only tell you that most people that have similar knives like yours refer to them as hollow ground. But, I don't know if they truly hollow ground or if they are flat ground. Or, if there are both floating around out there.

To confirm if your knife is hollow ground, lay a straight edged object (like a ruler) perpendicular to the knife from the sharp edge up to where the grind transitions to the flat. If you can see light under the straight edge it's probably hollow ground. If not, then it's flat ground.

Thank you very much Redhook.
My EBT is truly hollow ground.I'd like to know if it is stop production. Thanks!

Sorry, typed too fast.

The hollowground EBT is no longer made.

New EBTs are made with a full bevel grind.

I contacted Joe the last time the airwings came around. I'm hopefully still on the list as well.
