A heart attack waiting to happen... Bacon explosion!!!

Take a gander at what I made (as well as a nice bottle of Dos Lunes Taquila) and ate today with a buddy of mines. He brought a cheese cake with him as well which we ate ...

(its bacon cooked crispy inside 2 lbs of italian sassage with bbq rub and bbq sause and then wrapped with a bacon weave covered with bbq rub and bbq sause smoked over hickory wood chips)

The entire thing is over a foot long and about 3.5-4 inchs in diametet (awww yeah... B*tchs come!)

it took a little over an hour to make and over 3 hours to smoke/cook but it was really worth it....

Come on man! Time now is too late to eat, and those pictures made me feel very, very hungry.
You should at least have posted pictures of yourself BEFORE and AFTER you ate that monster bacon woven sausage buritto, as surely enough it made an impact on your appearance, just to discourage us from attempting to try it on our grills.

There was a pretty sweet butter knife in that last pic. Otherwise known as a Spyderco Blunty lol.

My mouth did start watering when I got to the cooked pic of it being cut open.

Man oh man ... I'm sure it does taste good, but I don't even want to think about the sodium and fat content. It's a good darn thing you had a good bottle of tequila to cut some of that fat with .. You likely needed it.

I saw the 2 pounds of sausage description, but how many packs of bacon did you end up putting in this feast?
