A Hint Of Things To Come

Computer, don't fail me now.

Or to quote Dragline from Cool Hand Luke: "My Lord, whatever I done, please don't strike me blind for another couple of minutes" Or days, in this case.

First coat of oil is on the handles, which are made from....;)

Oil on the handles? Are they carbon steel? Muahahaha!! Sharpened handles. Everyone else is a poseur!

Ok - I will quit drinking so early in the day so that tomorrow I can enjoy the unveiling early.

I am on layoff this week - so I am half partying, half working my butt off around the house, and the other half is checking out new cars to replace Maggie's 2007 Impala SS.

The rest of the time I am surfing the Bladeforums.

The Model 1. 9 1/4" overall, with a 4 3/4" blade, of 1/8" thick O1. I went with thick black garolite liners, then a thin red liner, then osage handles on this one. The pins are carbon fiber.

I like that, looks good. Nice liner combination and design, well done. I think that was worth the wait.

Thanks! I`m not sure if I should post it for sale now, or wait until next month.
