I spent almost two years living in Southern Russia on (well, next to?) the Black Sea... in the Seaside Resort town of Sochi. Oh what a life........ the stories I could tell if my parents couldn't read. :eek:

Here is a nice Policeman...... wow.... the stories I could tell of what I saw these guys do! Dayum..... We got's it good here!! My wife's dad is a taxi driver there and his car (Lada) is the same as this, minus the blue and siren!

Here is the advertising for a local (Hot) night club.... this truck drives around with loud dance music and cute girls dancin wild... all day, most every day!! If you can peel your eyes off the truck, you might even notice a McDonalds there in the background. that was by far, the nicest McDonalds I have ever been in... and judging from my gut... I've stopped in a few of them! Its funny, the name if the club (on the side of the truck) translates to "Eight Sky or Eight Heaven".... oh the memories! :)

Damn Lines..... the public toilets in Russia are usually really nasty, smelly and literally a hole in the gound, well, a nice ceramic hole mostly... and you gotta pay to use them and pay a bit more if you need, how shall we say... paper??!! LOL... about 20 cents. McDonalds had the cleanest and was FREE... I always tried to hold-off until I got near there..... ha ha

Yes... he had to go BAD I think.... and I agree on the Asbestos.... lots of it over there I'd guess!!

I really liked it there a lot!! If you looked on the pbase link.... you'll see my wife who I just happened to meet while living there.. so the hard life was worth it for me! :-)

It's a very beustiful area that I got to live in... the sea was 1KM away and the mountains with awesome skiing, only 45 minutes away. The 2014 Winter Games will be there.... SOCHI!!

Fun times.

Thanks Russ! I have about 2000 more, but I like to crop and size in PS and just never take the time..... I'm just oh so busy with important things or something like that.

I don't believe that's the case there.... most CAN handle the small price of TP.... and soap was plentiful too.

The picture just seemed a little funny cuz there seemed to be an urgency to get in there!
