I am blown away by the generosity of our Buck brothers and sisters! :)

The mail lady was delivering packages to me and I saw George's name on one of the boxes.
I knew I hadn't bought anything from him and it had been about a month since the last time I talked to him.

I opened the box and here is what I found;

A one of a kind, George Stinzel special Buck 110 25th Anniversary blade in a Buck 110 50th Anniversary frame!

I have quite a few nice 50th Anniversary Buck 110s, but this one just shot up to the top of the bunch!!

George is the Buck 110 guru for those of you that haven't had the pleasure of meeting him yet.
I think he knows more about the history of the Buck 110 than Buck does. :)

Thank you George!!! :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Very kind gesture. The world would be a better place if we could all put others first. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!!!!!

George is always generous about sharing information and his time, but I would say this is really special.

That's cool. I'm going to say for the most part the knife community are generous folks. The past three years I've had someone different (different forums) send me a knife for Christmas.

Excellent gift you received Stumps from a terrific fellow. Thank you for showing it. You set a very lofty standard for generosity yourself and I have a beautiful Jigged Horn Bowie front, center and shining in my display case right now as proof. You are beautiful.

Throw me a towel if I'm all wet but didn't George have at least one set of 110s 4 sale at the 25th BCCI for $????. I asked him why he was selling them and he said that he had even better condition ones. However, even the 4 sale ones had taken many many years to acquire:
