After seeing the great thread about de-ramped beckers I decided it was time to de-ramp my BK-10.
I liked the design of the knife but never used it much because of the ramp. It is too large on a 5 inch blade and really impedes with battoning.
I started the de-ramping process but when I got half way I stopped: I decided to test this modified ramp.

Well after testing it for a while I like it alot:
1- The front of the ramp can be used in thumb forward grip.
2- The top of the ramp is sharp and throws great sparks with a firesteel, plus it add space for battoning
3- I still have a bit of jimping left in back.
So what do you guys think of this hybrid ramp ?
