100_3873.jpg 100_3874.jpg This is one of John's knives from a year or two before he passed and it finally made its way to me for the sheath. All of John's knives had my leather for the last five or six years, unless John, himself made a tip and throat sheath for a special piece.

Damn! I still miss my buddy today.

Top grade black cowhide, fully leather lined with checkered chevron to match the handles and Cognac Elephant inlay.

I think that if John could see what you've done here, he'd be extremely pleased.

Beautiful and well executed sheath for an equally beaut of a knife - a fitting tribute to the work of a friend IMO.

I don't think I'd ever seen that bowie? Wow.

None better on both accounts.

Thank you.

Paul your work elevates this magnificent piece to an even higher level. John would have loved this one.:)

One of the best with steel and one of the best w/Leather. Fantastic together! Nicely done Paul as usual. :)

Paul,

That's a great sheath.

I'm sure that John would have bee very happy to have seen it.
