A Kerhsaw Blur I bought on ebay. Help?

I won a blur on ebay...I bid on it before I read the auction in detail and the auction said it was a 440a blade. I was disappointed because from the picture next to the box I figured "hey its new must be 14 sandvic"... however I won it for $21.25 with free shipping so I scored IMO even with 440a. Well I got it today and from what I read online. It is 14 sandvic.

1. It doesn't have a "born on" date

2. The box is red with darker red stripes, 'kershaw' written in white, and a small circle with the American flag with made in the USA around it.

3. Like in the picture on ebay it looks to be brand new..came in the plastic wrap

So is it a new Blur?
 
those are the latest boxes, so it is most likely 14C28N, no worries great deal, what is model #
 
The new packaging for all their knives is now like that. I belive Kershaw removed the laser etched dating system from all their blades...not just the blur. Awesome score btw!
 
Awesome deal you scored Led.That is definitely a 14C28 knife.Have fun with it.
