A kind of bowie

[Il Coltellaio]

My interpretation of a bowie... Vanadis 4 for the blade, 200mm lenght.
Guard is made in microcasting of COCR, I shaped it, cast it, and finish it by myself.
Handle is Paduk and Ebony.
No glue to assemble the knife complete, just the conical pin in the handle, japanese style.

Hi, thank you!
I'm doing almost mirror finish 'cause Vanadis 4 is not INOX, then you can control better the blade oxidation. Cobalt/Chrome in the guard is fine satin, it doesn't suffer rust problem and it's nickel free too.
