A knife/bolotie combination ?

being a big fan of the neckknife i wondered if such a combo exists?
What would you think of the idea?

I`m afraid my post was not exact so i need to explain:
What i was looking for was a knife build into a bolotie.
Not a matching pair of knife/bolotie.

Isn`t such a thing - anywhere?
