A Lake for Wolfe

I have been slowly working away at adding photographs of my work to the albums I created in my profile. Here is one from my personal collection, I finally had a chance to photograph.
I have worked on a number of Lake folders, all were solid steel frames. For my personal collection I wanted something different, hence the inlay. The photo does not show the 3D effect of the inlays, my photo skills are sadly lacking.

Well, Wolfgang my friend, no doubt the most beautiful
Lake I have laid eyes on!

All the best,

I have to say that this is the most beautiful Lake I've ever saw.
It was a pleasure meeting you and your daughter in Chicago, Sir!

you have quite the nice little collection there:thumbup:
I'd love to see that Kelso up close and personal.

I have to agree with some of the others, Wolf. That's the nicest, most interesting Lake I've seen.

Wow, thats by FAR my favorite lake by a longshot. Excellent work and great style.

That is incredible! I love Lake's tail lock and your artistry is out of this world!:thumbup:

Thank you for the kind comments. I am really very happy with this piece. If you have looked at the album in my profile, you will note that my tiny collection is varied, to say the least. Part of the reason is that it represents the makers I truly admire. And Ron Lake is certainly one of these.

David, thank you for adding the photo, for the life of me I can not figure out how to do that.

It was a great pleasure to meet both, you and your wife at the show. I can now put a person behind the wonderful knives!

Lorien, I think that sooner or later we will meet somewhere to share some of our treasures.

I like the sound of that Wolfgang!
Perhaps it will be at a custom knife exposition, here in Sooke;)
