During the Summer months this place is packed but at this time of the year you hardly see any other visitors.

That was the case today, as I arrived there was a couple leaving, for the rest of my walk it was just me and the girls !

Your pics brings back fond memories of times i had w/my Blue Heeler "Reka". BTW, Maisy ain't lazy - she's using wisdom to conserve her vital energy for *important* tasks (like stick dragging!!!).
 
It looks like a great spot. I can see why it must be popluar.

pitdog do you have very many bears in your area? It looks so freaking wild there.

I love seeing Maisy carrying around logs. Those pics always bring a smile to my face.
