A larger version of Kershaw Avalanche ??

I really like the Avalanche, as well as the Whirlwind. I like the very fast deployment, blade shape, etc. Is there such a thing as 3.7 to 4 inch blade alternative to the Avalanche, yet similar design, etc for about 100.00 or even a little under?

Not with that blade shape. I really like the Avalanche as well....it kinda flew under the radar. There are some new Kershaw's coming out...one of them (Piston) might work for you. Here is a recent thread with some pictures of the prototype. There isn't any release date for these yet.
