Here are a few pics taken while at Reno to share with you. Hope you enjoy them.
Mrs. Martino handing the Bawanna & Bookie Reno Specials to us.

Kami Sherpa is holding a mini-sword which has a rather unique bi-metal habaki that I admire. The sword is very well balanced and is capable of performing some wicked slicing & dicing.

Yarrrgh, matey! Mrs. Martino shows off her fierce face to frighten me into submission. We had fun doing this shot and laughed a lot.

Kami Sherpa is no longer in Nepal, but has a small workshop to play in to keep boredom away.

Bookie be one lucky puppy! I was allowed to hold a blade once worn by a King of Mustang. It is old, but still in wonderful shape. Balance is great and the white metal components are beautifully chased. This is one serious blade.

The last photo is my personal favorite. It is an impromptu study of Kami Sherpa, whom I respect very much, holding Bawanna's pattern welded knife blank in the doorway of his shop.

I brought this home to hang in my shop. It has been autographed by Mrs. Martino and her Father, Kami Sherpa.....such an honor for me and a wonderful going away present.
