This is what happens when a BM 630 meets with Matt Cucchiara's expert hands:

I sent a 630 over to Matt to have it converted to a lefty and have a little bit taken off the tip to make the blade New York City-legal. Above is the result. I'm putting a deep pocket carry clip on it tonight. :D

Who is Matt Cucchiara? Have you got a link? I'm a lefty, and I'm always interested in someone who modifies knives.

Thanks.

That turned out really nice :)
How did the clip turn out? I'm surprised you didn't have Matt put one of his carved clips on it :D

My clip attaching venture turned out to be a disaster! I broke the tap. :( I ended up sending the folder back to Matt. He's dipping the scale in ferric chloride to dissolve the broken tap. :) I should have opted for one of Matt's own hand-carved clips or had him put my clip on himself in the first place. Oh well. Live and learn.

At least your using Ti :D I broke a tap off in the scale of a stainless framelock awhile back. Couldn't find anything to get it out either, tried to dissolve it and the annealed stainless was rusting faster than that hard little peice of high speed steel :grumpy: Finally just shifted the clip about 1/8" sideways and covered the little bastard up
