A letter to Yangdu

Hi, Yangdu,

I wrote few remarks concerning the Chiruwa Ang Khola, which I ordered per e-mail on December 4, 2007, in a thread Paypal.

However, I did not get any answer. It is becoming frustrating for me, because, as I explained, the tracking # ED 986670574 US you gave to me, was in fact shipping to another person.

This is my first ordering from HI, and I am somewhat embarassed with difficulties I encounter with ordering my first Kukri, a CAK.

I have sent a message to Yangdu to bring this to her attention. I'm sure this will get straightened out soon.
 
Franco, after talking with Yangdu, it might be that somewhere the emails are getting eaten by either SPAM filters or just lost somewhere. Could we try something?

Could you send me an email to fivestile@yahoo.com explaining what information that you have regarding this transaction? I don't have any spam filters turned on, so I might be able to forward the email to Yangdu with success.

This is all up to Yangdu, but I am more than willing to do whatever I can to get the message to her. Just let me know what you need.

Edit to add: Franco, you might try sending the email just one more time to Yangdu. She was having some pretty bad technical issues with he computer. I know that she really appreciates your patience.

I am sorry for the wrong tracking # confusion. I could not find payment record with paypal account. I will do my best to help you get your first Khukuri. Go to our online sotre and order a CAK be sure to include your correct shipping address. I will ship your knife as soon as I get your order.

Franco; is there something Wrong with YOUR email? Yangdu has written you several times without a response. As Jake pointed out, sometimes spam filters and other factors can destroy mail. As a viewer of the forum, I rather wish you'd take this to personal correspondance rather than a entire thread on main forum. HI is of good faith and things will work out. I'm sorry you had problems.

I am really sorry that I use this forum for problems I have but there was no e-mail correspondence between HI and me.
My e-mail address is perfectly OK, it is an official one at the institute where I work. I get daily tens of e-mails from many universities and other institutions in the world. It is the same address which is registered at the Forums - you may use it to say hello to me and check that it works.

OK, Franco. I have forwarded the e-mail to Yangdu from my yahoo account. Let's hope that this works:)!
