Hi,
Introduction:
My name is Peter La. I have been (really) collecting knives for past eight years but have only started getting into the high end peices in the past two years. I chose to state this in the Busse forum as this is where I will spend the majority of my time. I really like Busse combat knives, although I only own a Natural Outlaw Ergo. This is the best knife in my humble collection by far. I hope to increase my number of Busse's as soon as possible.

So I apologize if my knowledge is not up to snuff. I hope to learn whatever I can from all of you. It is an honour to be part of the Bladeforums community.

Peter La

welcome peter, you came to the right place  glad to have you on board and i hope you stick around a while. as most of the other pigs on here are as useless as tits on a boar hog.

there are a few really nice guys on here but remember most will have no regrets when they steal your infi.

you can trust me though, i am a friend to all, i offer a free busse cleaning service. send your outlaw to me and i'll have her back to you in no time

once again, a BIG WELCOME to the Busse forum (hog pen) :)

Well said, very well said indeed. :D

BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA... Skunk, you owe me a new pair of boxers. I nearly wet my self laughing at that statement. :D ;) :p

Peter... Welcome
Forgot: Skunk and others have and share their valuable knowledge. Just don't let them near your infi ;) Or me for that matter

Welcome Peter!. . . Beware of the Skunk!!!! I had him clean 3 of my knives a few years ago. . . and he cleaned me out of them!!!!! ;)

Have fun!

Jerry

Welcome Peter,

I got my first Busse from Skunk (an SFNO). I'm still trying to get the drool off of it.

David

Peter,
Welcome to the Busse Forum, I'm glad that you stopped by.

Be sure to join in our discussions and post pics of your Busse when you have a chance. Action shots are always welcome ;)

Also don't be a stranger on the Busse Website forum, located at www.bussecombat.com

:D:D

Welcome Peter. Beware the Skunk, he is not to be left alone with your INFI. I was going to remind you to be sure to check the home forum as well, but Eric beat me to it. :)

Welcome Peter! Don't believe any of the "Hogs" above, I am the "only" trust worthy person to handle your knives, remember this and you will survive here.

Oh boy. . . Porkducci is the "trust worthy" one???? . . . .All is lost. . . All is lost!!!!!!!!!!!!   ;)

Peter, welcome.

No need what-so-ever to apologize for only having one Busse. Quite a few of us started out thinking we only needed one. Then, the "want" factor started creeping in.

If there is anything you want to know, by all means, ask. People here will help to answer your question(s), and if they don't know the answer, they'll make up something really whacky.

Like Eric said, post some pics of the NO in action, orthe results of its use.

The NO is a great piece. Sufficient chopping ability, and good dexterity aspects as well.

And don't be afraid to chime in to any of the threads.

We're here to have fun, BS about INFI, have fun, BS about other toys, did I mention have fun yet?

Looking forward to your participation here bro.

Enjoy.

Welcome Peter,

This is a fun place to part with your money and there's a bunch of guys who will help you :D  :D Welcome to the pen :D :D

Tim

Welcome Peter!

HamGuy, its not about only "needing" one Busse, for me its about only "being able to afford" one Busse. :D But I hope to fix that soon.

Hope it's soon. There are a lot of choices out there.

I'm sure there will be some motivated sellers closer to Blade show time....... ;)

Aloha and Welcome Peter,
Remember paper money comes and goes but INFI is forever...
Stick around and join in.... goods guys here... (well most of them  )... especially the Fantastic Four, Fabulous Five, Magificent Seven or and the Seven Dwarfs......
Oh and make sure to feed KAAK every once in a while... he likes Samoas :p :D

Thanks for all the warm welcomea and the great advice. I am hoping that I will be able to increase my collection over the next few years. Any reccomendations? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Anyways. I do have a Pay Pal account so I can make payments to anyone selling Busse's. (I am trying to just collect Busse's for now as everything else just seems weak once you have held and understand the power of INFI)

Thanks
Peter

Definately keep an eye on the exchange forum... They come in droves. Try not to think to long if you see one you want. The trough is brutal (sp?). You most likely will find a model you like and will try to collect many of those. If you're like me, you'll enjoy a smorgish (sp?) board of variety of more unusual or rare items. All in all, enjoy them and if you want a user, buy 2 ;) :D

Peter, keep an eye out when it gets close to "Blade 2005" (June 3rd), alot of knives come up for sale than so people going have some money to spend. Then keep an eye out afterwards also, because they will need to sell some more knives to pay for what they charged!

:D
