The blade length is 4 1/8, the steel is O1/selective hardened,(I use furnace cement). The handle is whitetail/burl maple/mammoth ivory w/black and white fiber spacers. The hilt is fileworked german silver. The sheath is handmade too (I've ordered my tooling from Tandy so thats the next thing to learn). Very nice! The fileworked guard all the way through your handle is really something, and that blade is smooooth... That's some kind of knife, man. :cool: Thanks for sharing!

Great looking Knife.Very clean ..I used to love to make the spacered and stavked handles like that,Don't know what happened to make me not do many anymore.Guess I should someday..

I like using white Tail too, I would not
have thought maple would match that well
but it does and the Ivory sets it off well.
nice theme,, The dye works.
