Fraud. A false representation of a matter of fact—whether by words or by conduct, by false or misleading allegations, or by concealment of what should have been disclosed—that deceives and is intended to deceive another so that the individual will act upon it to her or his legal injury.

He is only asking 50 starting bid. He declined 50.00. I told him the word blem is crossed out on the box and changed offer to 55.00. If he sells I will rate transaction accordingly

The few blems I've seen have been pretty minor and sometimes can't tell what the blem actually is.
The first "disguised" Factory Blemish I ever purchased had that part of the label cut off.
At the time and not knowing any better I thought they had just removed the price sticker.
Happy with the knife though, It had some minor roughness in the fuller is all I could figure.

Just for the edification of others, another give away is the "Highlighter" streak across the label.
I've seen that on all the factory blem labels.

In the past, Buck would etch "FB" on the blade but dropped that practice.
I've seen a few etched FB's lately, I wonder if they are starting to do it again.

Also, I see no evidence "FB" on pile side.

He refused offers but asked what blem meant. My guess he might of purchased 2nd hand and was unaware.

Image of box seems to have gone missing...

Yep, "north_welder" has changed the ad to "No Box" Mike, you tipped him off.... :)

Similarly, I've noticed the fake 110 Auto's for sale on eBay no longer show the sheath picture with the tell tale snap.
A few will lay the blade over the snap.

An honest seller would include the box with the knife and disclose the detail but it's plainly obvious where his head is at, unfortunately.

roger please clairify that statement!!! you know for a fact that not all of ebay is what you state there---it should say some sellers on ebay are in the cesspool right????? not all sellers are as you say.....
ill let him clarify himself, but way I took it was the hustlers that are on there mistating purposely and hiding stuff...see his post here on the fake Buck 110 autos where seller hides the snap. thats the way I took it. anyways.

with nothing else in mind ---read only post number 3...that includes everyone on ebay as far as im concerned and that is false...

Not all of the bay is bad. I have gotten very good deals on rare and discontinued knives. Informed buyers, such as ourselves, are rarely fooled because any discrepancy will raise the red flags.
